How do I set up a bookbinding session for my organization?
Please email me so that I can send you a brochure with a list of suggested projects for specific audiences.
Custom Design
Please call or email if you have a custom design. There are many paper and color options that I can walk you through to arrive at the best design.
Order Processing and Shipping
Some projects will be pre-made to ensure quick delivery.I would just need your paper/cloth selection to finalize the project. The majority of items will be custom made with your selection. Once the order is received, it will take 5-8 days to make. If you select an unusual or out of stock paper, it will take two weeks to complete the project.
Shipping is through USPS in the US and can take from 2-7 days, on the contiguous US states. depending on the delivery location. Shipping times for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico take longer. We do not ship outside of the US.
Returns and Refunds
If the book or product is custom made to match a design you specify, the product cannot be returned.
If the product is listed as standard design,the item can be returned.
Privacy Policy
Panda Paper will keep all information private and will not share confidential information.
Payment Security
We use PayPal, a secure payment processor, to process our payment transactions.
How do I book a birthday party?
Please call 917 407-5911 or send an email with your birthday party booking. Birthday parties are for the Greater Philadelphia region.
If you would like to offer bookbinding as a a birthday party, a DIY kit with materials for all your guests can be created.
